THE GOSPEL (GOOD NEWS) OF JESUS CHRIST:

1. God is the creator of everything, the universe and mankind.

2. God is holy and just. In Him is no sin at all.

3. God must punish sin because he is rightous. Every good human judge punishes trangressors of the law, how much more a holy God. God's punishment for sin is eternal separation from Him in hell a.k.a the lake of fire.

4. Every human is a sinner and has sinned against God's holy law. That is easy to prove, just look at the Ten Commandmends and you will see that you have broken at least one of them.

5. There is nothing that we can do to remedy the situation. All our good works, church membership or trying to live a morally good life won't get us into heaven, because to be righteous in the eyes of a holy God we would have to be absolutely spotless whithout even ONE sin. Nobody is able to live up to that standard.

6. God solved that problem in becoming a man (Jesus Christ) and dying as a substitute for the sins of the whole world on the cross of calvary. Jesus Christ did for us what we couldn't do in our own strength.

7.Everyone who is willing to repent (turn away) from his sins and trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour is saved and will not come into condemnation. He is passed from death into life.
