I am starting a Raw Vegan lifestyle and I have an eating disorder. I would like to record my journey so that others who are also binge eaters or who were anorexics and are starting a raw vegan life style can connect.We can support one another.
I have been living with an eating disorder for most of my life, since i was 12. First i was Anorexic, then Bulimic, now i am a Binge eater/restricter.I don't claim to have all the answers, but i will share what i have learned in life and what has inspired me. I hope you will do the same.
