This crime is comprised of two parts: Psychological Operations (Organized Stalking (OS)) and Electronic Harassment (EH), both of which work together and grow more sophisticated as time goes on. By breaking the individual down psychologically overtime (similar to water torture, even subtly applied) puts the target in an "always vulnerable" state of mind, thus making them malleable and more susceptible for mind technology entrainment down the road. They've already taken 7 years of my life to get me where I am now.

The powers at work - know that you are fighting a monster, and the average citizen could not afford the stealth technology measures to protect themselves and they also know that no one is ever going to be prepared for dirty warfare tactics being used on them - on their own countries soil. I am tracked everywhere I go and while in my home my induced body harassment (control and torture) and sexual manipulation is often synched with satellite projectile strikes against the outside of our home to anything I am engaged in inside the home. I have heard this on all sides of our place, as well as on our flat roof in the immediate area above to where I am at any given time. When I am reading in bed at night, the wall behind my bed is often hit with several intermittent strikes according to what I am reading and even my thoughts. The perpetrators constantly want to be a part of everything you are doing.

The most important thing you can do if you are a victim of this crime is to stay focused on your faith and healthy objectives for your life. Get right with your life and God. Countermeasures I have utilized have brought very short, semi-comfort to the physical pain but the perpetrators are still able to access you. There is nothing I have found that stops the "hijacking" of the body that they have crafted.

I wake up every morning with ELF surging through my central nervous system (mostly throughout my entire body) other times in specific regions (head, heart, chest, abdomen/uterus and lower back area) which leaves you absolutely drained of energy upon waking. Sleeping in late is a common thing because you are never able to establish a normal sleeping routine due to the extreme sleep deprivation and overwhelming exhaustion it brings. When you do sleep, its because your body is so behind in rest, that it takes anything it can get. I have figured out that these perpetrators maximize the damage/data they are seeking when a target is asleep, because this is when the ELF is really turned up. As I wake up in the morning they will take the ELF power down as I come fully awake. I have been so exhausted in the past that I was not able to even open my eyes fully upon waking, and as I tried, I could hear the perpetrators in the background joking about it. I called out to please stop, and they told me in a firm tone to OPEN MY EYES. Basically, there is no rest when you are targeted with this technology.

Due to the ceaseless surveillance and bodily harassment, I have been having to deal with MW/RF overheating in my body, as I am constantly warm all over. Some areas are worse than others and they hurt so bad at times, that I cannot get up from a seated position or laying down without excruciating pain, and walking is just as bad.

The fact is this crime is happening to many people in this country and worldwide. As sure as Electronic Warfare is being developed and tested, more folks are going to be coming forward with their testimonies. In light of the current heavy research into the fields of the neurosciences and quantum physics, anything is becoming possible. Sci Fi is already reality. The populace are completely blind to everything and numbed to questioning anything. With this arsenal, man will destroy himself. I really believe that we are in the very-near end times.
