I am a writer whose book, Awakening the Spirit: The Open Wide Like a Floozy Chronicles has been endorsed by Maria Shriver. I wrote the book as a result of my personal discoveries, in the hopes of inspiring others and to show that, despite adversity, there is always a way to overcome life's tribulations that can occur along the path to finding true happiness and joy.

I have enjoyed an extensive career in the corporate environment, developing associates to perform at their highest potential through training, motivation, and encouragement.

Why would you want to listen to me? I am uniquely qualified because I have first-hand experience of healing from many life-changing events, including:

(1) a childhood rape at age 9;
(2) the inappropriate sexual contact from my alcoholic father;
(3) being stalked and pursued by sexual perverts;
(4) growing up in a dysfunctional family;
(5) a near-death experience;
(6) being mugeed at gunpoint;
(7) surviving melanoma, the most serious form of skin cancer;
(8) suffering and recovering from a complete nervous breakdown;
(9) living with many debilitating illnesses, including a rare immune deficiency disease.
