Chris Douglas is a singer/songwriter from upstate NY... He has participated in the True Value/ Jimmy Dean (now Colgate) Country Showdown for a few years, becoming a NY State finalist twice.... His songs have been heard and well recieved by at least a few national country recording artists... Chris has had a performance video of his song "The Pocketwatch" on national TV, when he won a contest to have it air on TNN...(back when it was still The Nashville Network). Although still writing, Chris doesn't get to perform much anymore.... although he still has the desire....
