ayahuasca is grand, amazonian shamans are not that grand. it´s all about the conscious and subconscious mind again - and again - "shamans" can manipulate you just like anybody else. some like to play and try on their abilities on you. you can win over though. they are just people right, and faaar from powerful. it´s been said that there are three stages of the shamanic knowledge, and only A FEW are nowadays reaching the first level.
honestly, ayahuasca is magnificent, the more the better, but the myth around shamans is bullshit. you can do it at home and sing your own colours out as you see them vibrating, you do not need any learned and imitated icaros. the shamans lost their original power. and the icaros with them.
go tripping hard though!!!! :D
