My experiment: On St. Patrick's Day, 2007 I began vlogs about the changes I would attempt to make over the course of a year. I was preparing for retirement from the public school system and wanted to journal the changes in my life as a result of that. My plans were to find a new career and get out of debt except for my school loan. I vowed to have at least half of that paid off in one year. I wanted to focus on losing weight and get in shape. I wanted to quit smoking and be more sociable. In general, I wanted to become a better me. Many of the videos you find here are about the experiment.
