Customers are not always right, especially when they submit a charge back to their Visa or other credit card provider, while at the same time keeping the stuff they ordered and received. They get their stuff for free, then try to mess U up with a bad review or complaint to the BBB.
When they write a bad review online, they are doing all they can to prevent you from future sales, trying to drive you out of business and force you to fire good employees.
Total jerks who are not afraid to use some lame excuse to steal from U.
Solution: Go to small claims court. U can file for anyone from any state. Get your money back and get even. They have to pay the cost to file and be served (cheapest is via Certified Mail, Restricted Signature). You will get your money back for the purchase + the court costs + you screw them right back with a court judgment and get to put that judgment into the hands of a collection agency. PayBack is a Bitch.

Your company did nothing wrong but to be in the wrong place place at the wrong time, in front of their computer or face.
