Lawrence, I read your letter in today's LA Times. It is our understanding that systemic changes (or anything that would require a vote) will never occur with the current make-up of Congress. We must find ways to reach many of the 160 MILLION non-voters and get them involved to start grassroots campaigns to elect a NEW Congress first - THEN the new Congress might take up some of these issues. There is no point in promoting systemic changes right now - they will never be passed by the bozos that are in there now. It is up to the people to do it. That is why I started GOV360.
