I lost 60 lbs a couple years ago doing various boot camps, and exercise programs, and have for the most part maintained my weight around 220... After an injury last year I fell off the wagon and gained about 20, So this leaves us to what i will call my "second phase" of my work out... I have chosen p90x as my program for the next 90 days. I plan to make weekly updates and take daily photos. So feel free to check in on me and make any comments that you like.
