go back and look and you'll find that Montana was one of the first states to jump on Obama stimulus money. All the states that took it had to give up much of their states constitutions. This was just one of them. In it they gave Obama all right to do just thsi. While the state of Montana got $625,913,635 in stimulus. This is what the state has to pay for. And there will be even more across the state of Montana to come. As well as all the other state that took stimulus money.
