This is the International Climate Champion Mead Hub. We want to spread our message that young people can make a big difference towards tackling climate change through our campaign "Our Climate. Our Future. Our Voice"

We asked young people to vote on one of three 'Kobe Challenges' which we then presented to the G8+5 Environment Ministers at their meeting in Kobe, Japan.

The ICCs across many countries have also pledged to develop projects that will help tackle climate change in their communities or regions. Together, we are now planning our next global campaign.

We will continue to post videos about climate change, a video log of our major events and projects. Most importantly we welcome YOUR responses and comments on the 'Kobe challenge' to the G8+5 Environment Minsters - what one Challenge would you give world leaders to tackle climate change?!?

G8 Environment Summit Kobe

Taking into account the vote on the Kobe Challenge, the ICCs will finalise the Challenge to the G8 Environment Minsiters. The ICCs will also participate in the Kobe Youth Environment Summit, visit climate change projects through Japan and engage with the public on the issue.
