This event took place in Woodlands, Texas and not very far from my residence. I hope that the law gets these two fools. At the time of this incident, there were lots of families. bikers, joggers on the trails within 15 feet of this roadway; not visible due to the trees.

Truly sad state of affairs...... are we surprised when we have knowingly elected thugs, and self interested fuedal landlords & warlords to the offices. These charlatans have no interest in the welfare of the people or the nation... their only motivation is in filling their overseas bank accounts...
