the xbox is cheaper at first, but if you want to buy an online adapter, that's $100 plus $50 a year for online. Ps3 has build in wifi and free online so the total comes out to xbox- $400 ps3- $300
now the xbox is cheaper if you don't get live, but come on who doesn't want live?
