@JakArcher I had to buy a small amp because I am practicing in a small apartment right now. He may have wanted to try to get the richest tone at lowest volume possible....I've had that thought. Valvetronix is definitely sad compared to the AC30, though.

I appreciate all your shootouts, as they help me learn about the pedals....but it seems like you almost never use a clean sounds, so it's hard to hear what the actual pedal sounds like.

Great video/great comparison. Very helpful. I'm considering Super Champ and Vox VT-30. Have you considered a shootout between those? I worry that the Super Champ does not get tube warmth at low volumes, no?

@juanplays Ah...I didn't realize they were Seth Lovers...cool. I was hoping you'd say the tone came from some trick that was cheaper than the Diablo! lol Such is life. Tele sounds great too, but for these moody chords, I kind of like the Les Paul. Both are awesome.
