About this user

I started playing when I was 6 in Dundee, Scotland. Was trained classically by Jim Marshall and then Tom Clark - competed and won at the All Scotland and All Britain level with solo, duet and accordion band. I started playing Scottish music when I was around 12 - performed at the Dundee Rep with George Duffus, the Jacobites, Ian Lees and many others. After that, led my own dance band, and toured with TV Comedian George Duffus, with the Breath of Scotland Show and many others. I am now living just north of Dallas, TX - play with Jiggernaut, a celtic rock band, Wolf Loescher, and at many of the local Irish sessions and Irish/Scottish Festivals.
