Started looking at your videos for the boxing as Im into combat martial arts but continued to look at them because I liked your take and advice things. And I generally have alot of respect for people who try and help people. Well done Denny! Keep up the good work.

i understand your personal choice and preference for being slimmer, but there is nothing wrong with you the way you are now. ( just targeting this at your HOPE I NEVER GO BACK TO THE SIZE I AM comment ) though again i understand your decision as do most people.
