My interests are spirituality, science, music, art and poetry.
I collect beautiful music, inspirational stories and poems written by others and myself.
For a year I suffered from depression, I was in a very dark place for many months until one day in early July my world changed completely.
I was standing on the beach looking at the sunset across the water, something I did almost every night. Suddenly every sound seemed intensified, every colour enhanced. I had the impression of a form standing before me and suddenly I floated about two metres above my body.
I was still aware of my "normal" self, but from the vantage point above I could see so much more, like looking over a wall that had surrounded me all my life.
I saw the water in a deeper blue, almost black. I saw the whole Universe shining with brilliant light, but it was not blinding. I heard the thoughts of others, millions, but it was not deafening. I saw them surrounding me, but they were not separate, I was a part of them.
It was an indescribable feeling of love, belonging and oneness and my depression vanished in an instant, The experience changed me profoundly. I had similar experiences three times since this episode, but they lasted only for an instant.
I am convinced humanity is changing, what I experienced is happening to others. The world we see is only a flat reflection of what we really are. The most profound realisation is that we are not separate,
Spirituality transcends all religions.
We are capable of achieving more than we can ever imagine, but only in unity.
We are one.
I hope to receive your guidance as my friends, for I am still floundering in this new world. In return I hope to be a source of inspiration and love for you.
