Cee is a Sessionartist, Musician & Producer ! He was born Christian Hopfinger Junior on Februar 3, 1969, 5.00 AM in Vienna, Europe. Growing up in Europe,Cee has been writing songs and melodies since he was a teenager. He first started to play the drums by the age of 15 which by most professionals is rather old. Step by step he taught himself to play the Guitar, Bass and the Piano. He started out playing and writing heavy rock, punk, and pop music in many different projects such as Exhibition, Blowin' Free (produced by Ingo Nowotny Boehse Onkelz Producer), Sextiger,Dr.Shivago or Guitarist Milan Polak (Falco, Milan Polak Project) to name a few. It wasn't until he got introduced into the American Music Institute College in Vienna, Austria that he really started to take music more seriously. Although he originally played mainly rock beats, he also took an interest in Latin and Jazz. It was at that time that Cee met many different artists such as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, George Lynch (Dokken), Richie Kotzen, Steve Smith (Journey), Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth), Mark Schulman (Cher, Pink), Walfredo Reyes Jun, Deen Castronovo (Hardline, Journey) and many more! During this time Cee practiced nearly 8 hours a day and played in cover bands as well as some Orchestras. In late December, 2004 Cee moved to Los Angeles,CA. This is where his career really started to take off. Having worked and shared the stage with some great artists and producers in the industry such as Black Eyed Peas Fergie, Dixie Chicks, Mothers Finest, Dizzy Reid & Guns'N Roses, Promoter and Singer Happenin' Harry & the Happtones, Rowan Robertson (Dio,Oni Logan), C.C De Ville (Poison), Billy Sheehan (David Lee Roth, Mr.Big), Neil Schon (Journey,Hardline), Yngwie Malmsteen and many more! Cee's career has definitely been a success this far. It doesn't stop there either, Cee continues to perform and learn as he moves ahead as a musician. He is a constantly growing multitasking music talent in the scene. His years of playing, teaching, recording & writing are being highlighted. Cee has been teaching percussion and drumming for years now, and is well known in the community for his abilities to interact well with students & musicians. He loves teaching drums to people at all ages and seeing them progress. He has recently started to work on some new projects involving streetkids. His main focus is to show them a healthier alternative to drugs and violence. In addition to jamming & recording for other Artists, he is constantly working on new projects and is currently working on his first Worldwide No.1 Hit at his Garage :-). All in all, Cee is a musician still growing in skill and popularity. He has a very outgoing personality, easy to get along with and easy to learn from. Given all this, plus his experience with other well-known musicians, Cee is definitely one to be noted in the industry.
