@your video called "The Ugliest Voice the Lord has made" because it is to many characters to post as a comment... you have amazing potential and determination, but instead of posting this on YouTube as "The Ugliest Voice the Lord has made" (which is not true) actually ask your question in the title... but i say exercise your voice (when I took martial arts we had to yell to strengthen our lungs and diaphragm, and then learn to control it, so go to an instructor. well that's what you posted this video for right? to have people help you and answer your question... so as soon as you read this I recommend changing the name or deleting the video, and the people who say this is bad can suck it. have a good day and tell me when you have achieved your goal :)
