Hi! I'm Robbert. I'm 23 years old and I live in Amsterdam, Holland. I LOVE playing the drums! I've been playing the drums for 10 years now.

At home I play a Tama starclassic maple drumset. I play zildjian and sabian cymbals. I love playing my acoustic set, but in my student crib I can't play acousticly because it makes way to much noise ;) So that's why I bought a Roland TD9-KX electronic set. I also love playing the electronic set, and the fact that it is so versatile in the sounds it can produce.

I love a wide variety of music styles. From jazz, to heavy metal. I also love playing all these styles of music on the drums.

The thing I love the most is playing along with music. This is basically how I learned to play the drums. I also had teachers for 7 years, but thing I've been doing every single day for the 10 years of my life, is playing along with the music I love :)

I make these drum covers for several reasons. One is that I enjoy the whole process of making a drum cover video!
Second is that I make a website where people can learn how to play drum covers. The website is www.coverdrummer.com, check it out sometime if you like :) On the website I provide lessons so any drummer can learn how to play a perticulair song. I provide drum sheet music, drum only audio samples and video lessons.
It's a great way to learn how to play real music!
