Those skids under the belly of the aircraft, are the heavy rocket launch rails. They apparently make excellent auxiliary landing gear.

Cannot speak/ write in your language, but that aircraft landed on the missile rails

mounted to the engine pods. I saw them on a Ukrainian SU-27...they are designed to launch heavy rockets/ bombs. Excellent auxiliary landing gear...lol

Later in the video, the pilot climbed at the right moment to give the crowd a 'howl' and your sound fidelity on this camera is excellent; capturing the "Saturn V"-like noise of the Olympus turbojets. Thanks a bunch :o)

Hello again and yes; I have been to Elsa's site and blog and read the entire

tragic story with the wonderful outcome :o) Gee; that story print was really

small (micron)! I even looked through all 602 photographs...LOL. Could you tell

me who were the 5-6 men playing with Elsa? I liked the one wher...

This is a beautiful demonstration of a large cat's sense of humor, preferring to

engage a human for companionship rather than as a meal :o) Love the 'sun

sneeze'...wonder what it would be like to have 300+ pounds of lioness lying

on top of oneself. :oP

A little more civility please. The second video(feb23) explains the situation. This

lioness was featured in an earlier "cub" related one, which I took to be a memorial.

Please! Could the people responsible for posting this, explain. Could this lioness

be the one who was operated on for a neck/nerve problem? Is this pre- or post

operative? Just asking :o/

Any chance someone here would know who the lioness was that doubled for

Elsa, or who was the trainer? She certainly appeared to be quite comfortable

in the presence of humans.

If you look closely, you will see that the hand grips on the pliers are rubber

coated and probably have sweat/salt embedded. Lionesses in game parks

have been seen trying to remove the rubber from windshield wipers on cars :o)
