Remember, when you come to Jesus Christ, He will give you a new heart with new desires. You won't find yourself acting like Christ right away, but don't be discouraged, it may take some time... but for sure you will immediately notice your desires begin to change. This is how you know the Holy Spirit is working in you. Remember that you will never be perfect... but you will spend the rest of your life striving for the perfection that only Christ achieved. "If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him." 1John 2:29

Salvation is by FAITH ALONE!!! I can't stress this enough. Your faith and confidence in the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for you on the cross is what will save your soul... NOT YOUR GOOD DEEDS or repentance or any other works. Please understand this... the gift is FREE... and it CAN NOT BE EARNED. God has paid your fine so don't try throwing Him your loose change, it's insulting to Him. Just believe that your fine has been paid... believe with all your heart that the power of the blood that was shed for you will wash away every sin you have ever committed or will ever commit. Come as you are. The good works will come after you turn to him. God bless you.

If you feel like nobody loves you, I promise you that JESUS DOES LOVE YOU more than you can imagine. No matter what you have done in the past, he can not only forgive you of every last wrongdoing and wash you clean, but he can offer you eternal life in heaven with him.

Jesus wants a personal relationship with you. He is calling you home. Don't miss your opportunity. I may warn of the day of judgement using fear as a motivator... but please know that NOBODY dreads that day more than Jesus Christ himself.
