I'm the author of several books that help Latinos navigate the American system: Help your Children Succeed in School; Help your Children Succeed in High School and Go to College; How to Get a Job in the U.S. and the co-author of The Latino Advantage in the Workplace.

I'm a frequent guest expert on TV and radio shows such as: "Despierta America" (Univision); "Today in New York" (WNBC) "Morning Edition" (News 12), "Wake up with Whoopi" (Syndicated radio show), "Temprano a la mañana" 93.1 FM AMOR, etc.

As a speaker I present in corporations and organizations across the country about career advancement for Latinos and educational topics. Recent engagements: GE, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, NSHMBA.

I am also the spokesperson for the McDonald's education campaign for Latinos.
