This channel was run by a pervert. If you were contacted by "Blair" or "ccwinnipeg" regarding spanking, you were actually speaking to a middle-aged male who gets off on the spanking of minors.
He would pose as a female student at the University of Washington, and request you answer spanking related questions and surveys through comments and video blogs; then share your responses with his forum, as some visitors there are also into the spanking of minors... (Forum linked above)
Cinndunc repeated this ruse on a number of other sites, including Formspring and Facebook, manipulating information out of children as young as 13 years old. Many times when choosing to speak with parents or older teens rather than a young child, he'd do it under the guise of "official university research"
