briefly two conclusions
1) USA and other consemer counries have to increse savings (to reduce compsution) while exporters have to increase consumption and reduce savings. I do not believe that USA is able to reduce consumption in US defense until printing US dollars will not be an option any longer. Anyway, that is one agreement.
2) Second agreement (or rather PR) is to enhance regulation on financial institutions. Including regulation on banking executives bonuses engaging them to long therm results. But not only that. I doubt that true regulation can come until Western powers where central banks are under private bank "influence" give control of the IMF up. Therefore, I am afraid that problems in developed countries are not to be fixed by G20 or IMF but individual countries by themselves.
