@tomoboy1969 Wisconsin engines (now a teledyne company) are used for more industrial applications.I find these engines to be quite superior.

That wisconsin engine is one helluva good motor.

My 1256 had a stuck exhaust valve. Common Problem for the TRA12D. Pull the head and tap the valve down. Then use a semi-synthetic oil. The Zenith carb is a pretty good unit. You are missing the air filter pipe which attaches on the end.The engine should start if the bowl is clean and allowing gas...
