CBC University of Life

In Brazil, only 16% of children will finish primary school, 8% will finish high school and 6% will go to college. In the slums, over 50% of children stop going to public school before they reach age 11.

By offering quality education, CBC University of Life steps into the gap where the public school system in Brazil is failing. The project provides academic education for children in the slums which is engaging and inspiring.

CBC University of Life, which is a Christian developmental organization, is located in a slum community in Fortaleza, Brazil, and is a non-sectarian institution open to children from any color, race or religion.

We are working to create a pathway out of poverty for children through quality education and training. We believe that we can change the nation of Brazil, one child at a time.
