Remarks toward the law of conservation of energy

The law of conservation of energy is the first and basic law of thermodynamics which states that:

-in a closed system the energy does not appear or disappear but only transform it self from one form into an other

Here one statement is shown that a closed, insulated system is necessary to exist, a system which does not accept from, or lose energy toward the outside environment.

The existence of several mechanical mechanisms already well world known and functioning points to the fact that:
-the law of conservation of energy is not valid for all those cases where the work is done in the resonant range of frequencies and in mechanisms where we have rotation of material body, in cases of two stage and multi stage mechanisms.

From here comes the conclusion that in all those movements where the diagram (F),(t) is with some oscillatory sinusoidal shape in mechanisms with two or more stages of freedom of movement (two stage, tree stage mechanisms) deviations from the law of conservation of energy occurs.

So if the time diagrams of some movement is repeatable, oscillatory and it draws some wavy, sinusoidal function during the time and on which by applying force in faze we can amplify the amplitude of the oscillations ( so we are acting resonantly) in the second stage of freedom movement, a violation of the of the law of conservation of energy occur.

So in any two stage, tree stage or multi stage mechanism which contents elastic element of some kind ( for example spring, some rubber element with compressed air or something else), pendulum, or rotation circular movement, or any other system that produces some kind of sinusoidal function and in at least one stage of the mechanism we have free real ( little smothered) oscillations with driving force in resonance, or adding moment and having free (little smothered) rotational movement causes violation of the law of conservation of energy.

These violations occur without any influence from the outside environment and in completely closed and insulated system this overflow of energy would occur. This conclusion confirms the existence of the ether full of energy that fills up the whole universe.
From here we can draw a conclusion that in this universe such a thing as insulated system can not be made and it is the basic assumption of the law of conservation of energy.

Analyzing all these sinusoidal functions and movements we can notice that there is essential difference between circular rotational movement and other oscillatory movements.
Pendulum and oscillations with elastic element are driven with forces with resonant frequency produces enormous enlargement of the amplitude of the oscillations and enormous enlargement of the forces that are transferred toward the second system, with second freedom of movement. This means that we can amplify the amplitude only with precisely defined frequency.
In the circular rotation we have change (enlarging) the value of the force transferred further by enlarging the rotational speed, no enlargement of the centrifugal force by enlarging the amplitude of oscillation ( the radius of the rotation is constant), but enlarging the number of revolutions n in fact enlarging ω.

So we can state that there is a crucial difference with the rotation of circular movement ( or some kind of elliptical ) because this violations of the law of conservation of energy and the multiplication of the forces transferred further ( in fact the energy transferred further) toward the second stage of freedom of movement is not only with one precisely defined (resonant) frequency but with all possible frequencies and with higher values of frequency of rotation enormously rises with the square of the rotational frequency ω.

So in motions in which there is change of the direction of the vector of speed ( or also the value of the vector of speed ) and only with passive reactive forces in two stage or multi stage mechanisms effects are produced that violate the law of conservation of energy.

Of all written before, a complement results to the law of conservation of energy and it should be stated like this:

The energy in one system does not appear or disappear but only transform it self from one form into an other, except for two stage or multi stage mechanisms in which violation of this law can occur, in which in at least one stage there is repeatable oscillatory movement that change the direction of the vector of speed ( or also the quantity of the vector of speed ) and only with passive - reactive forces.
