I am positive I am on the right lines to cure my back pain. I have suspected a tight QL for some time and yesterday found a stretch that is ACCESSIBLE! For me - I am far more likely to do what I need to do if the cure is easy to do at any time of day. I have been aware I am 'corkscrewed'.
