This guy is an idiot and a complete waste of time. As long as people like him are around to fuck it up for everyone else, he's happy. So just ignore him; don't watch his videos or if you do, watch them long enough to just flag them as inappropriate. After awhile, YouTube will be sick of it and just delete his account, I'm sure, especially since the moron is posting offensive material on purpose and begging for his account to be removed.

I'm not very sure how international laws work on this one, but it's likely that the authorities could track down the girls in this video and prosecute them. Also, if this asshole is really in Spain, someone should contact the authorities there if they haven't already.
