Hi, I would like to encourage everyone to consider this information and get organized:NUTRITION AND DIET - we can't do much if we have no energy. My doctor always told me (I found a good one!) "don't eat anything that isn't what it really is". I've found that to be good advice.
- DRINK PURE WATER. If you drink tap water that's chlorinated, evaporate it for 10 minutes. I leave tap water in glass bottles overnight before drinking. I don't know what to do about flouride, where I live we don't have it. If you drink bottled water think about drinking the cleanest spring water close to where you live to reduce transportation pollution.
- I recommend lots of FRESH RAW ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES with vegetable proteins such as beans, nuts, and seeds. Consider going vegan or vegetarian if you can handle it, but there's a detox process that the body goes through well-described in this book that I like: "Life Force Energy" - by Natalia Rose. Leafy greens contain so many benefits that it would take up too much room to describe here. Look up the benefits of collards, kale, spinach, and discover an excellent food that's easy to grow and will keep you sharp and healthy during tough times.
- RECONSIDER EATING MEAT AND DAIRY unless you have seen it go from pasture to plate. Commercial dairy and meat products are very questionable, I consider them toxic. There is tons of research available elsewhere on the internet if you want to learn more.
- IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HEALTH FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
I used this Orthomolecular plan to help cure my skitsophrenia in conjunction with daily excercise, and a whole life evaluation/plan. Notice that Codex is trying to take these supplements away from people. In Canada Bill-C51 is trying to severely cripple the health food supplement industry. Why? The reason is simple, because they work and they save lives.
MENTAL HEALTH POWER-UP!!!
-liquid B vitamins if you are tired, weak, depressed, or deficient. They are a good source of energy even if you are not ill. I recommend taking them in the morning.
-up to 4grams of Vitamin C per day, the cheapest powder is okay it all comes from a lab spread it out through the day with meals. It comes out in the pee if you take too much at once.
-liquid trace minerals and/or celtic sea salt instead of sodium chloride. sodium choride or "table salt" contributes to heart disease due to it's osmotic influence on the blood. Celtic sea salt has a lower osmotic affect.
- Essential Fatty Acids: UDO's oil. VEGA oil. Hemp oil. Combo's of sunflower, olive, and flax. These are all good ways to get Omega 3-6-9's into the body. Try to get at least a tablespoon of one of these options (or anything else that works) every day. These keep our organs functioning well, protect our cells from toxins, help the body to detoxify, and aid the functioning of our brain. The whole body requires good fats to protect its cells. Avocados are good too.
