Alexander Rybak won Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with 387 points, setting up a new record for the contest!
Alexander Rybak was born in Minsk (Belarus) May 13th 1986. He grew up at Nesodden just outside the Norwegian capital Oslo. Alexander has played violin and piano since he was five years old, he also compose his own music and sing.
Alexander has performed with artists like Arve Tellefsen and Morten Harket. In 2006 he won the Norwegian talent-show. "Kjempesjansen" with his own song "Foolin'". Alexander has performed with one of the worlds most celebrated violinists, Pinchas Zukerman, he has won Anders Jahres Culture Price and he's concertmaster in Norway's largest symphony orchestra for youths, Ung Symfoni, in Bergen. He also played the role of the fiddler in Fiddler On The Roof at Oslo Nye Theatre (2007) and has a role in the forthcoming movie Yohan -Child Wanderer (August 2009).
In May 2009 Alexander Rybak competed in the final of the Eurovison Song Contest with his self composed song "Fairytale". He went on to win the whole competition. Alexander is now one of the hottest artists out of Norway. Alexander Rybak debut album "Fairytales" is out on the 2nd of June.

"Team Rybak Romania" s-a infiintat in decembrie 2009, din dorinta de a-l aduce pe Alexander intr-un concert la noi in tara. In timp, TRR a devenit locul virtual de intalnire a majoritatii romanilor care apreciaza muzica de calitate a violonistului.
Daca vrei sa ni te alaturi, singurele "conditii" sunt sa iti placa muzica lui Rybak si sa stii sa visezi. Mai ales sa stii sa visezi! Pentru ca noi suntem niste visatori si fiecare vis pe care l-am avut am incercat sa ni-l indeplinim. Majoritatea ne-au reusit :) Mai ramane unul. Concertul...
