I was married on June 20th 1998 I have two georgeous Children, Cassie who was born in February of 1999 and James who was born in May of 2000 I have one dog, named Rascal and a Cat. named Romeo. Our Cat thinks he is a dog. I miss my Cat Sophie so much! Shortley before we adopted Romeo our cat Sophie passed away. I was not looking to adopt cause I felt I was not ready yet, but I believe pets choose us.

Honest praise is the quickest way to build a person's self-esteem. Find someway to praise your child every day. Make sure the praise is realistic and honest. When possible, praise yor child for trying to do something even if he/she was not successful. If need be, give your child a task you know can be completed just so you can give the praise. As your child's self-esteem grows more positive, this process will become easier; Focus on the positive aspects of your child. Even if you don't like some things your child does, find someting positive to focus on
