windspeed isn't really a factor below 70kts (or really below 125kts as the craft is stable at that airspeed)....it's the stability of the direction which is critical....wouldn't fancy a 180 shift 20m from touch down!! but then, just bank her over the vertical left or right and back stick for nose...
