I am a white professional who worked in Ohio most of my life and recently relocated.
The problem with this country is the negro; anyone who believes that crap about racial equality they speak of is completly wrong. What the negro wants in domination, not integration.
I have never seen a situation where the negro working outnumber the white peoploe when the negros did not turn on the white poeple . The negro will be nice and sweet as pie when they want something from the white person, but when the situation is in their favor they will turn on the whites.
Whites are raised to accept the negros, negros are raised to resent the whites and it is accepted, even applauded for negros to diesrespect the white people. Negros who do do not go along and disrupt the whites are shunned or worse.
Knowing first hand there are things white people need to know about the methods of the blacks for gaining control; I've worked with these people for a number of years and seen many whites unaware of the situation going on behind the white mans back.

Forget this integration garbage. Negros want domination of the whites, they aren't obvious about it and pick their spots when they have the advantage but that is their objective.
The Negro Methods Of Gaining Conrol

1. Gain Your Confidence.
===================
The Negro will be sweat as pie when they either want something or need something from the white people. But once they have what they want and the situation is in there favor, they WILL turn on the whites.
2. Divide and Conquer.

The white race was raised to be independent and individuals to take care of themselves and be respectful and accepting of negros. The negro is raised to stick together, back each other up, and white hatred is the way they are raised in.
For a long time in this country, white men were basically in competition with other white men for careers and other socail structures, the competiion was white vs. white. The situation is drastically different today, and the other races are sticking together while the whites are competing against each other.
This mentally needs to stop, now, and we need to start sticking together.
If there is a white person who does not kiss the negros butt, they are bad whites and its the negros mission, or responsibility to make that persons job as difficult as possible.
3. Surround Themselves With Suckups.

Once the negro has the confidence of those above them, they will infiltrate the orgainization with only people who are loyal to them. They could be stupid, unreliable, disruptive; makes no difference, as long as they are loyal to the negro who wants control they are in the circle.
4. Disprepect The Whites.

Once the negro bottom feeders see its OK for the main negro, who has gained the trust of the white man, to back stab the white peson who trusted them and set them up, they applaud the individual and follow his example.
5. Shout Down The Whites.

Negros will use a loud, gang mentallity if they have the numbers in their favor to harass any white who does not follow their agenda. It's a calculated, standard method of gaining and maintaining conrtol of the whites.
How The Negros Gained Control To This Point

The negros in America, up until about the 1970's I would say, did have a legitimate basis for claiming mistreatment. The negros I do respect were the negros of the 1950s and before even the 60s,(except for the millitant movement). They are the people who truly did suffer, and it was there sweat, blood and suffering that made the improvements in society for todays negro.
Whites did understand the situation and did try to offer the negro integration.
However, todays generation has pretty much destroyed much of what their fathers and grandfathers worked and suffered for by proving once they are given acceptance by the white community, they do not use this an apportunity for integration, but an opportunity to gain control and destroy the white race.
And the worst negros are the imported negros. The american negro does have some sense of what their forefathers struggled with and fought for to make their situation better.
The negros idea of racial equality is not to bring the negro up from the ghetto, but to bring the white people down into the ghetto.
What We Need To Do For The White Race To Survive With Dignity.

1. Stick together. Way to much white on white competition, infighting, backstabbling. Its not a white competing with a white person any more, it's the white person competing against an entire race, because believe me these negros are being offensive, maybe just not that obvious about it until they pick there spots.
