Definitely a malamute. Just search for malamute and you'll see thousands of pics of dogs (not wolves) that look just like this one. Wolves are longer and thinner. Longer legs, longer snout, bigger teeth, stronger jaws, I used to raise them. Of course malamutes were bred with wolves in the past.
