E Kainoa, I think Acihuatl meant the kane blowing the pu before the girls started to dance, not the `ili`ili. I've seen that at Mexican festivals a lot. I know what you mean about pahu and sticks, I've seen it in the East Coast with giant drumsticks and it does not sit well.

I'm glad it's fast paced in the video so that I can watch it in advance w/out getting bored. You don't have to do it that fast. I'm going to take written notes of the sequence of poses and then try it. It's a similar sequence to what I sometimes get in yoga class--when I feel like driving to yog...
