It's not too late, words, music and produced by Carli Muñoz, performed by late Dennis Wilson for POB/Bambu - Sony Legacy/Caribu/Epic Records.
I'm not too surprised this version exists - Dennis was so generous that he didn't mind giving away a rough he would be working on to anyone! This is a VERY ROUGH attempt of Dennis doing the song on his own - God bless his soul! The lyrics are barely there and the track is sketchy to say the least...
