Never in my fifty years have I seen so much deception and lying by omission of truth by politicians with the media as their cheer squad.

When I was at school camp in 1973 I had my entire class of over ninety students convinced that the world was going end in 10 days.

I simply starting a rumor that I had read in Time magazine that a comet was going to hit the earth next Thursday week and they all fell for it hook line and sinker.

Nobody knew I had started this rumor . until one of my teachers figured out it was me because I was the only one who was not almost in tears.

He was so embarrassed that the teachers had lost control of the situation that he let me off the hook and simply said do something about this before this gets out of hand and somebody gets hurt because they couldn't.
