About Me:
I'm a member of the Dutch Professional Organization of Visual Artists (BBK), but the most of the money for living I make with webdesign (www.cathdesign.nl).
I'm co-founder of the East Groningen Artist Association "Kunst aan de rand van Nederland" (Art on the edge of the Netherlands) and also a member of the Artist Association 'De Graanrepubliek', and I'm associated with an artist group who organize the yearly "Oost-Groningen atelierroute" (art trail).
Together with my love, artist/musician Klaas Russchen, I live and work in the former fire station of Nieuweschans, in which we opened a small gallery in the summer of 2006, named 'Galerie Ka' which permanently exhibits our work.
