Hello, beautiful heavenly danseuse. Lady Irene of ballet. I'm in ballet. Not quite Pointes and tutus. Not nearly American Ballet Theater, New York City Ballet or Bolshoi. But still... I dance. I dance a lot. I'm dancing right now, actually. As I write these words in this moment, I'm doing exercises. I practice The New York City Ballet Workout on a regular basis--among other workouts. It's really changed a lot of my life, almost all of it.
