CARG Inc. is a self-help, volunteer, non-profit group dedicated to promoting a healthy life style for persons with cardiac problems, with the help of cardiac specialists. We volunteer to share our experiences so that we may all benefit and continue to make healthy lifestyle choices.

CARG offers its members group support and fellowship, an opportunity to participate in a supervised exercise program, and continuing educational and supportive events.

The affairs of the membership are managed by an Executive Committee, which is elected by the CARG membership at each annual general meeting.
