Anteaters Against Autoimmunity is dedicated to the raising understanding and funding for autoimmune diseases. So many lives are personally affected by autoimmune diseases that we felt it necessary to form an organization to spread the word about how to live with, and to support those who are struggling with what is often a lifelong challenge. Our student-run, health-related, community-service organization is based at the University of California, Irvine; we are comprised of student volunteers and community members who feel the need to take action.
