one thing i've just now figured out through out my few decades or so, is that you just gotta keep plunging forward, no matter what happens, i mean it's okay to sit and reflect but don't dwell for too long. Keep it moving, and truly learn from your most critical mistakes. And don't be afraid to tell others of those lessons learned from dark roads traveled, maybe you'll help someone from falling in a trap, or give light to those already in.
