This is a concert video with the studio recorded version of the song overdubbed, Certainly not live.

The helmet cam is awful still for most of the video, either the rider did not move his head at all during the ride, which I find to be almost impossible, or something is up. Where was this filmed?

Great players but Winwood even at over 60 still does a much better job. One of the most underrated guitarists out there.
