Fake! That was footage based on the 1989 earthquake that took down structural damage here in the bay area California.

I even recognized the bay bridge as well as the Cypress structure collapsing.

So totally fake zombie video!

1st - blame is on parents, at school child's behavior should never get out of hand.

Her parents are responsible for preparing

her on manners in the general public, at

school and to her everyday peers.

2nd - school should of placed the child on

"Time Out" while trying to contact her parents.
