ı think i ll need to focus more on abs and lower back muscles. i ll pass the deadlifts for now because my hams are very tight, instead doing deads, i ll grab a 10kg plate and do hyper extensions

bro if you get lower back pain during ur exercises that means you need to strengthen your lower back and core. do some very light deadlifts with high reps and work your weight up to heavy weights.
