The New Testament is endorsed by fulfilled prophecy and by the apostles. The apostle John was the last apostle when he wrote his smaller epistles and Revelation. By this time the New Testament books had been identified and endorsed.

Jesus can save only those who are genuinely interested in repenting of their sins. he didn't make abominations legal (homosexuality, worshipping other gods).
Jesus resurrection is proof we are all able to enter heaven (the old testament, new testament, why the apostles were martyred, means that the resurrection is the difference between eternal life and death and the most important part of the gospel).

the whole torah is FULL of prophecies that speak of the messiah, there's a reason for that. the 12 apostles needed studied them a lot both to convice themselves that Jesus is Yeshua and to convince the other people

rejecting God's word is the same as rejecting God, is the same as rejecting Jesus.

there's nothing wrong with not knowing everything in the bible, but to reject what it says (when you believe in Jesus) is wrong.
Jesus never said the old testament was a lie, he studied it throughout his life, and he prayed with/taught the ppl who wrote most of the new testament.
the last book of the bible describes the last days for a reason, it's the last book. anything that was added to it became anther book God didn't let man corrupt his word like many false teachers are doing today. you either accept the bible or you accept another doctrine.
Jesus is the center stone that connects the gentiles to God. salvation if of the Jews gentiles have to be grafted in with their covenant if they are to receive the blessings of Abraham and atonement for their sins. rejecting Jesus is rejecting everyone that came before him since every Jewish feast was in preparation for the messiah.
After Jesus was resurrected all the offerings made at the temple were rejected by God. the color of the ribbon indicated the sin was paid for and sacrificing the animal wouldn't mean anything.
