I believe that God makes all things possible. I love to learn new things. I love make up as well as ideas on how to style naturally curly hair. I believe in healthy living, exercise, fitness, and overall wellness. I work as an exercise physiologist and I love to help those who want to make behavior changes that will lead to healthier living. I also have many other interests to include dancing, listening to music, reading, traveling, cooking, and relaxing (especially near the beach, which is often;-). I love learning and anything that stimulates the mind. Good music, books, conversation, relaxation, workouts, cooking etc. I recently fell in love with Scentsy and would like to share with you. I really love the idea of a wickless candle that is safe to use around pets and children. There a variety of scents which entice you, relax you, and at times triggers great memories.
